Job Summary

VR TECHNO CONSTRUCTION LLC, a key player in the Building Construction industry, seeks an HR Personnel to join our team in Antalya, Turkey. As an HR Personnel, you will be instrumental in overseeing human resources functions to ensure a motivated and productive workforce.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment for site and office staff, including engineers, supervisors, laborers, and subcontractors.

• Coordinate onboarding and mobilization of workers to construction sites.

• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and site attendance.

• Ensure compliance with Turkish labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.

• Handle payroll inputs such as overtime, site allowances, and leave records.

• Manage employee relations, including grievance handling and disciplinary actions on-site.

• Support work permit, visa, and documentation processes for foreign workers if applicable.

• Coordinate training programs such as safety training, inductions, and compliance training.

• Liaise with project managers and site supervisors regarding workforce planning.

• Assist in demobilization and contract termination processes.


Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.

• Strong knowledge of Turkish labor law and construction workforce regulations.

• Experience handling blue-collar workforce management.

• Fluent in Turkish and good command of English.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR/payroll systems.

• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on large-scale construction projects.

• Familiarity with subcontractor management.

• Knowledge of occupational health & safety practices.

• HR certification is an advantage.
