General Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven team member with a passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations maintain organized financial documentation and contribute to accurate reconciliations using systems such as Opera SAP and Sun System. With strong communication skills and a proactive solution-oriented approach this role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence within our dynamic team.

• Ability to work as part of a diverse dynamic team
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset
• A proactive solution-oriented approach
• Maintain organized filing and archiving of accounting documents
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as OperaSapSun System
• Assist with entering daily accounting transactions (cash bank credit card invoices) into the system.
• Support creditor reconciliations
• Assist with credit card reconciliation by checking daily POS transactions verifying bank statements and ensuring all payments are recorded accurately
