Food & Beverage Sales

• Generating Sales: Develop and execute strategies to drive food and beverage sales focusing on both individual guests and group bookings.
• Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients event planners and local businesses to promote our dining offerings and secure bookings.
• Menu Promotion: Work closely with our culinary team to promote seasonal menus special promotions and unique dining experiences.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market demands to identify new sales opportunities.
• Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and presentations to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in food & beverage sales hospitality sales or a similar commercial role.
• Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry including restaurants hotels and event catering.
• Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships.
• Confident in conducting client meetings presentations and venue show-rounds.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and enquiries simultaneously.
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of pricing margins and revenue management.
• Proactive self-motivated and target-driven approach to work.
• Ability to work collaboratively with operations marketing and events teams.
• Flexible approach with the ability to work occasional evenings or weekends when required.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional client experiences.
