Field Sales Speicalist

On behalf of our client a leading digital platform in the education sector we are looking for a Field Sales Specialist based in Istanbul who has strong experience in B2B field sales and new client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with founders general managers and school principals of private educational institutions within the assigned territory.

• Analyze institutional needs and effectively present the platforms product/service value propositions and commercial benefits.

• Manage proposal negotiation and closing stages to hit individual sales and revenue targets.

• Proactively manage and follow up on ongoing sales opportunities during the 15-day post-meeting cycle to convert leads into closed deals.

• Oversee contract renewals up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and retention strategies for assigned client portfolios.

• Accurately track all pipeline activities lead statuses and CRM records.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Direct experience in B2B field sales with a proven track record of active new client acquisition

• Strong experience in face-to-face meetings with decision-makers needs analysis negotiation and deal closing

• Experience working with individual sales quotas/revenue goals

• Highly disciplined in lead follow-up and opportunity management

• Proficiency in CRM software usage and pipeline tracking

• Willingness and ability to work in a high-intensity field sales environment across Istanbul European Side.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior B2B sales experience in Education SaaS Technology Digital Services or Media sectors

• Experience in contract renewals and account retention within subscription/membership-based business models.
