Event Operations Manager Tersane Istanbul

• Take full operational responsibility for all ticketed events taking place across Tersane İstanbul ensuring seamless planning coordination execution and post-event follow-up.
• Manage the end-to-end operational process of ticketed events including venue readiness guest flow access and entrance operations ticketing coordination crowd management staffing security technical requirements and event-day execution.
• Plan coordinate and oversee the operational delivery of events from initial planning through to execution and post-event evaluation.
• Work closely with internal departments including F&B Culinary Security Engineering Housekeeping Sales Marketing Finance and other relevant teams to ensure seamless event operations.
• Coordinate with external suppliers agencies production companies contractors entertainers and event partners.
• Prepare detailed event operation plans timelines function sheets floor plans staffing requirements and operational checklists.
• Conduct pre-event site inspections and operational briefings with all relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Act as the key operational point of contact during events ensuring effective communication and immediate resolution of operational challenges.
• Monitor event execution on-site and ensure that service timing guest experience safety and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure smooth coordination of guest arrival ticket checks accreditation access control seating/standing areas queue management and exit operations for ticketed events.
• Manage event schedules operational deadlines and multiple events simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Ensure all events comply with company policies health & safety requirements security procedures and applicable legal regulations.
• Support the preparation and monitoring of event-related budgets and operational expenses.
• Review supplier quotations and coordinate procurement requirements in line with approved budgets and company procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and event partners to ensure quality reliability and competitive service.
• Conduct post-event evaluations collect feedback identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices for future events.
• Prepare post-event reports and communicate key operational findings to management.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Tersane İstanbuls venues facilities capacities operational capabilities and event infrastructure.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Event Management Tourism Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 5 years of experience in event operations event management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing and executing events preferably within luxury hotels lifestyle destinations venues entertainment or high-end event environments.
• Experience in ticketed events and large-scale guest operations is highly preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams clients suppliers and external partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced event environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a hands-on approach to event operations.
• Strong knowledge of event setup production logistics staffing crowd management ticketing operations and technical requirements.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of event budgets and cost control.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and public holidays according to event requirements.
