Digital Content Creation Responsible

Responsibilities:

• Content & Training Development: Create produce and support the development of various training materials including videos web-based trainings (WBTs) and written documentation.
• Digital Communication: Set up design and manage the internal social media platform to foster engagement and communication.
• Technology & Innovation: Utilize and implement modern AI tools to enhance communication visualization and content creation workflows.

Project & Team Support:

• Support the execution of internal communication concepts within the department.
• Perform operational tasks in project management and support the distribution of quality documents.
• Contribute to the conceptual development of database structures.

Qualifications :

• Degree in Communication Design Media Film Marketing or a comparable field of study
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design animation video production and web-based training (WBT) creation
• High proficiency in graphic and video design tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Photoshop Powtoon GIMP)
• Strong active engagement and experience with AI-assisted visualisation and video generation tools (e.g. Google Veo)
• Very good MS Office skills
• Structured reliable and proactive working style with quick comprehension
• Strong team player with the ability to work highly independently
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); German language skills are a distinct advantage
