Cost Controller Supervisor Tersane Istanbul

• Supervise daily cost control operations across all hotel departments.
• Monitor inventory movements stock counts and cost of sales to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review purchasing receiving and store procedures to maintain effective cost controls.
• Prepare daily weekly and monthly cost reports and analyze variances.
• Ensure accurate pricing and recipe costing for food and beverage operations.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and support month-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with Finance Purchasing Culinary and Operations teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies internal controls and financial procedures.
• Support budgeting forecasting and financial analysis related to operational costs.
• Lead coach and develop the Cost Control team to maintain high performance and operational excellence.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 35 years of experience in Cost Control within the hospitality industry with previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management food and beverage costing and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel; experience with ERP and hotel management systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English both written and spoken.
