Commercial Manager
Job Summary
WHAT YOULL DO
As a Commercial Manager you will drive the overall omnimarket commercial direction ensuring that plans are aligned coordinated and executed effectively across all commercial functions. You will lead both preseason planning and inseason performance followup securing timely decisions strong commercial actions and seamless crossfunctional collaboration to optimize business results within your Sales Market. In this role you will be responsible for the Sales Market Türkiye consisting of Türkiye Kazakhstan and Georgia.
You will:
- Lead coach and develop highperforming teams ensuring they have the skills clarity and support to deliver on commercial goals.
- Provide direction and enable strong crossfunctional collaboration so teams can problemsolve share insights and drive customercentric improvements.
- Drive the omniSales Market commercial agenda together with the Sales Market MD aligning with Sales Market functions and your own team to secure execution in line with the QCP.
- Coordinate all preseason planning activities across channels.
- Lead the development of the local QCP in collaboration with relevant functions.
- Coordinate pricing and package mapping inputs with the Commercial team.
- Work closely with global team on inventory topics (allocation replenishment article selection) to ensure execution aligned with plan and recommend adjustments when needed.
- Lead analysis of latest sales and demand forecasts follow up on weekly sales performance and identify commercial optimization actions.
- Take full responsibility for achieving QCP targets including sales plans activations campaigns and inventory liquidation activities.
- Coordinate commercial execution across your team Sales Market functions and Global Team.
- Act as the main point of contact for communicating the commercial agenda to Areas and Stores.
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
As a Commercial Manager you will collaborate closely with Sales Market leadership Global Team Commercial BAs Ecommerce Leads VM teams and other commercial functions.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with
- 5 years of experience in eCommerce or retail merchandising preferably across both and within the fashion industry.
- 3 years of leadership experience including developing teams and driving performance.
- Deep expertise in omnimerchandising commercial planning and eCommerce.
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to interpret weekly sales act on the selling equation and connect KPIs with product prioritization and commercial decisions.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
