Job Summary
We are looking for a CDP (Pastry) with a passion for luxury pastry and exceptional service with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to take full responsibility for their pastry section lead and mentor the team and consistently maintain the highest standards of taste quality and presentation. Candidates with strong knowledge of HACCP cost control and stock management who remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure and thrive in a dynamic international team environment are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications :

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse dynamic team
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Passion for luxury service and pastry.
- Ability to take full responsibility for an assigned pastry section and manage daily operations.
- Ability to train mentor and guide commis chefs.
- Ensure consistent quality taste and presentation of all products.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with solid knowledge of HACCP cost control and stock management.
- Calm solution-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Flexible with shifts and operational needs.
