• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure setting a positive and professional tone for their experience
• Efficiently assist guests with luggage handling including loading unloading and transporting belongings to and from guest rooms
• Provide knowledgeable and friendly guidance about hotel amenities local attractions dining options and transportation throughout İstanbul
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests ensuring needs are met with efficiency and care
• Maintain a clean organized and secure bell desk and luggage storage environment at all times
• Support valet parking services when required and coordinate with other departments seamlessly
• Safeguard guest belongings and maintain the highest standards of security and confidentiality
• Proactively identify guest needs and exceed expectations through attentive personalized service
• Collaborate effectively with front desk housekeeping and other departments to resolve guest issues and enhance overall satisfaction
• Handle guest complaints with empathy and professionalism working toward swift and satisfactory resolutions

Qualifications :

• Excellent customer service skills with a genuinely friendly and positive attitude
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English and Turkish
• Physical fitness and stamina to lift carry luggage and stand for extended periods
• Professional appearance demeanor and work ethic
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills attention to detail and reliability
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
• Comprehensive knowledge of İstanbuls attractions culture local transportation and landmarks
• Multilingual capabilities (Turkish and English required; additional languages highly valued)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in guest-facing situations
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to remain calm composed and resilient when handling challenging situations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred but not required
• Valid identification and ability to pass background verification
