Bartender Aliée Istanbul

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to luxury hospitality standards
• Create and present signature cocktails with creativity and consistency
• Provide personalized and engaging service to enhance guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness hygiene and organization of the bar area
• Monitor and manage bar stock supplies and inventory levels
• Ensure proper product quality presentation and portion control
• Collaborate closely with F&B kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and efficiently
• Follow all safety hygiene and brand service standards at all times

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a Bartender preferably in luxury hotels fine dining or high-end bars
• Strong knowledge of cocktails spirits wines and mixology techniques
• Creative and passionate about beverage innovation and presentation
• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
• Well-groomed professional and service-oriented appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-standard environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in service
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
