Warehouse Specialist

1. Coordinate problem-solving activities between HmjP and LSP to ensure timely and logical feedback and resolution
2. Coordinate with LSP to conduct annual inventory counts monthly cycle counts reconciliation activities and define corrective actions according to company standards.
3. Ensure LSP outbound operations comply with the requirements of right time right part right quantity and right standard.
4. Review revise and create work instructions for new processes to ensure LSP operational quality complies with company standards.
5. Main support for FMEA line walk activities LSP weekly LPC audits and act as auditee for system and customer audits.
6. Attend daily meetings with LSP and share meeting summaries and related reports with the team.
7. Coordinate with all related sections/departments to communicate and resolve daily operational issues.
8. Monitor IT equipment and indirect supply fulfillment to support LSP operations effectively.
9. Support new projects and perform other assignments as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelors or masters degree in Logistics industrial engineering or related field.
2. Good communication skills in English both in reading and writing.
3. Experience in warehouse operations or logistics environment.
4. Ability to create clear work instruction documents and training materials.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills.
6. Able to work under project timeline and pressure.
7. SAP basic (concern daily tasks)
