Job Summary
What Youll Do
- Deliver expert pest detection elimination and prevention solutions to commercial customers restaurants hotels hospitals retail and food & beverage plants.
- Prepare pest trend risk and species-identification reports backed by on-site surveys.
- Train onboard and coach Service Specialists to meet Ecolabs protocols and standards.
- Conduct quality audits and lead root-cause analysis to continuously raise service standards.
- Partner with customers in meetings advising surveying and driving solutions.
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree in Entomology (or related science).
- Strong knowledge of insect identification and classification.
- 12 years experience as a pest/entomology specialist preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel Word and PowerPoint (Power BI a plus).
- Leadership mindset ability to work under pressure and a valid drivers license.
- English communication skills are a plus.
