Test Engineer (PS-CC –Connector)

1. Test planning & Project support for new project

• Support the preparation of validation test plans for connectors LSR and terminal crimping.
• Prepare and maintain 4M change documentation for new projects new test methods and laboratory process changes in the QMM laboratory.
• Monitor the establishment implementation and execution of test methods to ensure readiness for new project launches.

2. New test bench and Fixture release

• Support the design and development of new test benches and fixtures for new test methods and new project requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor the development validation and release of new test benches and fixtures to ensure on-time project implementation.
• Verify and validate new test benches and fixtures to ensure compliance with internal standards and product validation requirements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to fixture design validation and release.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting

• Collect analyze and summarize validation test results for new test methods and support ECR activities.
• Prepare validation reports and technical documentation.
• Prepare maintain and monitor test result visualizations and performance dashboards.
• Support data analysis and reporting for product validation and laboratory activities.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of work experience in Test Engineer or Manufacturing Engineering with customer interface.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams for quality improvement and complaint management.
• Knowledge of basic drawing and test specification.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and dashboards.
• Project management skill is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel PowerPoint Word).
• Good communication skills in English.
