Qualifications
- Working within established guidelines.
- Manage and develop the telemarketing unit to meet premium productivity.
- Strategic objectives for the unit through cold calls lead generation and campaign sales.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Monitoring and evaluating agent performance providing learning or coaching opportunities and taking corrective action
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or higher in any fields
- Excellent and effective in verbal and written communications in native language
- High level of interpersonal skills at multiple levels
- Has experience in managing telemarketing team ( Outbound TM or Service to Sales team in Insurance or Banking Business)
- Previous successful experience in Direct Client selling where the product is intangible is preferred
- Experience in working in a computerized environment.
