Technical Trainer (European Vehicles)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer specialising in European vehicles to design and deliver training that ensures vehicle servicing and maintenance is carried out correctly and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop both theoretical and hands-on training curricula so that European vehicle servicing and maintenance is performed correctly and to standard.

- Design engaging activities that make learning enjoyable for participants.

- Evaluate training outcomes and follow up on participants learning progress.

- Develop learning materials and activities in a variety of formats.

- Provide accurate technical advice and troubleshooting guidance.

- Carry out other training-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Higher Vocational Certificate (Diploma) to Bachelors degree in Automotive Technology Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- A genuine interest in continuous learning and self-development.

- At least 5 years of direct hands-on experience in technical work or servicing of European vehicles.

- Strong technical problem-solving skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly to people without a technical background.

- Working knowledge of diagnostic tools such as the Launch X-431 Pro3 Link.

- Previous experience as a trainer or instructor or strong knowledge-transfer skills is an advantage.

Compensation

- Approximately THB 40000 to 60000 per month.

- ประเมนผลการฝกอบรม และตดตามผลการเรยนรของผเขารบการอบรม

- พฒนาสอและกจกรรมการเรยนรในรปแบบตาง ๆ

- ใหคำปรกษาปญหาทางดานเทคนคไดอยางถกตอง

- ปฏบตงานอน ๆ ตามทไดรบมอบหมายในงานดานการฝกอบรม

คณสมบตผสมคร

- วฒการศกษาระดบ ปวส. ถงปรญญาตร สาขาเทคนคยานยนต วศวกรรมเครองกล หรอสาขาอนทเกยวของ

- สนใจการเรยนรและพฒนาตนเองอยางตอเนอง

- มประสบการณทำงานดานเทคนคหรอซอมบำรงรถยนตยโรปโดยตรง ไมนอยกวา 5 ป

- มทกษะในการวเคราะหปญหาทางเทคนค และสามารถอธบายใหผทไมมพนฐานเขาใจได

- มความรเกยวกบเครองมอวเคราะห เชน Launch X-431 Pro3 Link

- หากมประสบการณในการเปนวทยากรหรอมทกษะในการถายทอดความร จะไดรบการพจารณาเปนพเศษ
