About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Manatal you will be the driving force behind finding the next generation of talent to fuel our growth. This role is highly specialized for an aspiring Talent Acquisition Executive who is passionate about technology and eager to master data-driven sourcing techniques. You will take full ownership of identifying top-tier candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter keeping our global job boards updated and spearheading our internal internship recruitment program. If you are exceptionally fluent in English love the fast-paced nature of HRTech and want to learn how to source like a pro this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Mapping: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to identify map and source the strongest candidates globally to join our growing teams.
Job Board Management: Actively manage and ensure all job posts are accurate engaging and regularly updated across platforms including LinkedIn JobsDB Handshake JobTeaser and other job boards.
Internship Recruitment: Own the end-to-end process of finding and hiring new interns to join Manatal from sourcing to initial screening.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with TA Managers and team leads to refine sourcing strategies and hiring criteria.
Other tasks assigned by the CEO and management
Requirements
Open to candidates of any nationality.
Availability: Able to commit to a full-time on-site internship for a minimum of 5 months.
Education: Recent graduates or final-year Bachelors or Masters students (open to candidates of any nationality).
Fluency in English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must to engage with our global candidate pool.
Passion for Tech & TA: A genuine interest in the HRTech space B2B SaaS and modern talent acquisition strategies.
Skills: Strong organizational skills a quick learner and a natural ability to tell compelling stories that excite candidates about Manatal.
Nice-to-Have: Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or exposure to sourcing tools is a strong plus.
Previous internship or extracurricular experience is highly preferred.
Quick learner with a service-oriented mindset.
Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
