Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Search for new prospects and presents sales proposal to new agent directly so that own pre-set target is achieved.
- Perform marketing activities to meet the standard set by the company.
- Record all prospect information in database system and prepares sales report for regular marketing meeting.
- Participates in creating marketing events and worksites for public relation and sales target growth.
- Agency training.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or above in Marketing Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 3 years experience in Marketing Agent Motor or Non Motor in insurance business will be advantage.
- Good communication interpersonal skill.
- Service mind good relationship Negotiation skills.
- Self Motivate Proactive Strong Networking.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to driving Car and have car license.
- Computer literacy especially (Excel Powerpoint).
