Strategic Planning Manager

AnyMind Thailand is a dynamic and forward-thinking MarTech firm dedicated to providing innovative and effective marketing solutions to our clients. We are seeking a Strategic Planning Manager to develop and implement creative digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results.

What you will do

• Clarify and analyze briefs provided by the Account Management team to thoroughly understand business challenges and goals developing proposals aligned with client objectives.
• Lead communication influencer and IMC strategic planning processes based on campaign requirements.
• Conduct in-depth research to gain comprehensive consumer insights and market knowledge ensuring strategic alignment of all campaign executions.
• Possess a strong foundation in digital communication and online media strategies.
• Develop compelling presentations and effectively communicate strategic recommendations to both internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives Creative Planners and Biddable/Media Buyer teams to deliver successful campaigns.
• Represent the agency in client meetings by presenting strategies and providing expert consultations.

Who You Are

• Bachelors degree in advertising communication arts marketing digital media or a related field
• 5-7 years of working experience in Communication Strategic Planning and Influencer Marketing or related field
• Proven experience as a team leader or manager at least 1-2 years
• Must have knowledge of AI adaptation in the job.
• In-depth understanding of the digital landscape key performance indicators and the ability to propose tracking mechanisms to measure campaign success
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in measuring campaign performance across various metrics
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract actionable insights from large datasets
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English is a must
