What youll be doing

• Designing & building features end-to-end across our stack directing AI agents to produce a PR youd happily merge
• Making AI output trustworthy with unit E2E automation and self-validating loops so the team approves with confidence instead of squinting at every line
• Refactoring toward simplicity  retiring dead code collapsing duplicate patterns keeping things legible for both humans and AI
• Making sharp technical calls on architecture performance and trade-offs and knowing which doors only open one way
• Sharing knowledge and raising the bar with your teammates

Qualifications :

A bit about you

• Based in Bangkok and comfortable in English (spoken written)
• 5 years building and shipping web applications strong JavaScript and modern web fundamentals
• AI is already how you build  youve shipped real production work this way not just experimented
• You validate by testing not by trusting  unit and frontend E2E automation are part of how you deliver
• A real refactoring track record reducing complexity in a live messy codebase
• Comfortable building and consuming REST APIs and youve written optimized SQL and handled concurrent writes in higher-traffic systems
• You can collaborate with product and design and explain your trade-offs without drama

Experience designing reusable AI context skills or guardrails for a team is a lovely bonus.
