Senior SAP Sales Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Specialist to join our AWS for SAP ASEAN team and drive the growth of AWSs SAP business across Thailand and this role you will lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for SAP workloads in these high-growth markets including building the partner landscape for solutions driving co-sell pipeline alignment with SAP and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to position AWS as the cloud provider of choice for SAP customers in the region.
You will serve as the primary SAP Sales Specialist for Thailand and Vietnam working with enterprise customers across key industries including manufacturing energy financial services retail and public sector. You will develop and execute territory-specific strategies that leverage the AWS sales organization SAPs go-to-market programs and the local partner ecosystem to accelerate SAP workload migration and modernization on AWS.




Key job responsibilities
GTM Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute the Go-To-Market strategy for SAP workloads in Thailand and Vietnam in collaboration with SAP teams internal to AWS SAP country teams and local/regional Partners.
- Collaborate with field teams including Account Managers Sales Specialists Partner Sales Managers Marketing Demand Generation and other Specialists to drive SAP workload opportunities (migration data and GenAI).
- Drive co-sell motions with SAP for SAP RISE on AWS SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) SAP SaaS products and SAP S/4HANA Cloud deployments.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to expand into new market segments and accounts develop scalable programs to drive SAP adoption and identify whitespace opportunities within the SAP domain.

Customer & Partner Engagement
- Leverage deep SAP expertise to understand critical customer challenges and enable account-aligned teams to architect and propose solutions that drive business value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key SAP executives and leadership in the Thailand and Vietnam markets including SAPs country and regional management.
- Develop and nurture a local partner ecosystem (SI partners ISVs consulting firms) capable of delivering SAP on AWS solutions across both markets.
- Engage directly with enterprise customers in 1:1 1:few and 1:many motions including executive briefings SAP-focused workshops and industry events.
- Work closely with AWS product teams and SAP to ensure services and joint solutions meet the needs of Thai and Vietnamese customers.
Business Planning & Operations
- Set and achieve long-term growth goals for Thailand and Vietnam meeting or exceeding revenue and non-revenue driven KPIs including pipeline generation win rate and customer acquisition.
- Deliver monthly/quarterly business reviews and operational planning documents covering pipeline health forecast and territory plans.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to global and APJ teams to inform product development service improvements and go-to-market investments.
- Analyze market trends competitive landscape and regulatory environment in Thailand and Vietnam to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities.
- Track and report on SAP RISE adoption SAP S/4HANA migration pipeline and overall SAP workload growth metrics.

- 7 years of experience implementing managing or selling SAP ERP solutions with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA.
- Deep understanding of SAP RISE SAP ERP Cloud (Private and Public editions) SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) SAP Clean Core and SAP Joule. Ability to articulate the value proposition of SAP products running on cloud infrastructure.
- Proven track record of managing complex SAP sales cycles with enterprise customers including C-level engagement and multi-stakeholder deal navigation. Experience working with SAPs go-to-market organization and understanding of SAPs commercial models licensing and partner programs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills you know how to build trust with SAP leadership customers and partners.
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Experience working in the Thailand and/or Vietnam market with an established network of customer and partner relationships.
- Fluency in Thai language in addition to English.
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services and how they complement SAP workloads (e.g. EC2 S3 migration tools data analytics GenAI services).
- Experience with SAP industry solutions relevant to Thailand/Vietnam (e.g. manufacturing energy & utilities financial services retail & consumer products).
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
