As a Senior Quality Assurance Supervisor you will serve as the site Quality Assurance lead overseeing plant-wide Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities to ensure full compliance with food safety regulatory customer and certification requirements. This role reports to the Manager Quality and supervises the QA Officer while partnering closely with QC Production Maintenance Logistics Procurement HR and external certification and regulatory stakeholders.

• Lead end-to-end quality assurance governance across the plant ensuring all activities comply with Ingredion policies certification standards customer requirements and applicable legal obligations.

• Lead and sustain robust food safety programs including GFSI/FSSC 22000 HACCP GHPs pest control PRP programs and environmental monitoring to maintain continuous audit readiness and prevent product safety risks.

• Serve as the site lead for customer regulatory certification and internal audits including preparation execution response management and formal closure of findings and nonconformances.

• Oversee customer complaint management root cause analysis corrective and preventive actions and response timeliness to address systemic quality issues and improve customer satisfaction.

• Own quality systems administration and verification activities including quality alerts in Intelex gap analysis against global quality procedures closure tracking monthly quality roadmap reporting and verification of corrective actions.

• Lead coach and develop QA/QC team members through training performance management capability building and succession support while fostering a strong food safety quality and safety culture.

• Act as the key QA interface across functions to provide quality input into site decisions change management trials technical support and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelors or masters degree in food science food engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance within food and beverage or ingredient manufacturing environments.

• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality management systems including GFSI-recognized schemes such as FSSC 22000 ISO 9001 HACCP GHPs Halal and Kosher requirements.

• Proven experience in audit leadership including planning managing and responding to external certification audits and customer audits; certification as an FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor PCQI and FDQI is highly valued.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams collaborate across cross-functional organizations and interpret quality data such as process capability studies (Cpk/Ppk) and quality performance dashboards.

• Strong analytical problem-solving communication and English language skills; experience in food and beverage pharma chemical FMCG or ingredient manufacturing is preferred.

• A quality-focused leader who builds ownership accountability and strong standards across quality teams and plant operations.

• An audit-ready and compliance-minded professional with strong attention to detail documentation discipline and customer responsiveness.

• A structured problem-solver who can use root cause analysis trend analysis and preventive action to improve quality system performance.

• A collaborative partner who influences stakeholders across functions and supports quality culture through clear communication and coaching.

• Continuous improvement minded with added value from Lean Six Sigma Green Belt DMAIC SPC FMEA or Certified Halal Supervisor experience.
