Base Salary Range: THB- THBper annum (dependent on experience)
*Note: Excludes an additional variable performance-based component up to 20% of base salary
OUR VISION FOR THE ROLE:
JUMP! Foundation is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic JUMP team. Youll play a critical role in overseeing and managing all aspects of the experiential and leadership programs from partnerships logistics to design and delivery. This role traverses both the office and field operations with many opportunities to travel and attend experiential programmes and new locations whilst maintaining a grounding at our HQ in BKK much of the year.
Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners youll ensure a seamless and impactful learning experience for students and educators while driving continuous improvement in program design and delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program Management & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end program management for all assigned programs (as PM) including achieving learning objectives operation and finance oversight communication with various stakeholders team preparedness record keeping and impact assessment through post program surveys and end of program reports
- Design and implement participant onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and positive learning experiences
- Use insights and data to inform continuous program improvement and decision-making
Program Operations Support
- Develop and implement systems to streamline program operations and improve delivery efficiency
Support site visits - Monitor organisation and team financial goals to ensure program sustainability
Curriculum Innovation & Program Design
- Collaborate with team members to design and evolve program curricula aligned with learning outcomes and school needs
- Integrate current research trends and learners needs into program design
- Oversee development and customization of program resources (e.g. handbooks for students educators and facilitators)
Mentorship Training & Capacity Building
- Mentor and train Contract Program Managers to strengthen program management capabilities
- Share best practices tools and systems across teams
- Support facilitator/instructor training initiatives in collaboration with staffing teams to enhance program impact
Partnerships & Growth
- Support partnership development and program expansion initiatives
- Contribute to revenue generation through effective delivery and demonstrated program impact
Emergent Needs
- Support the team in emergent needs adjusted to new strategic directions
Overall Leadership
- Demonstrate conscious leadership by leading programs and people with care compassion high level of skills intellectual depth and role-modelling
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Education International Development Youth Work) preferred; Bachelors degree with extensive experience may be considered
- Minimum 3 years of experience in program management administration or a related field with a focus on in-school or expeditionary educational programs
- Purpose driven towards children and youth development work with demonstration of consistency in the field
- Strong understanding of experiential learning principles outdoor education and best practices
- Proven experience working with diverse youth populations and educational institutions
- Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks meet deadlines and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management tools Google Workspace applications (Docs Sheets Slides) and Canva (a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences
- Fluency in Thai language (reading writing and speaking) is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when needed
- Reflective and a strong listener with openness to feedforward and learning
