Job Overview
Lead dealer operations retail excellence and training programs across Thailand to strengthen dealer performance enhance customer experience and support successful business expansion and product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage dealer operations performance and retail standards.
- Develop and deliver training programs for dealers and frontline teams.
- Monitor dealer KPIs customer experience and operational compliance.
- Support dealer network expansion and new product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Management Engineering or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in Dealer Management Retail Operations Training or Channel Development.
- Experience in Automotive EV Motorcycle Consumer Electronics or related industries.
- Strong presentation coaching communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Thailand.
