Job Description
-Lead engineering projects focused on yield improvement
equipment efficiency or cost reduction.
-Mentor junior engineers providing technical guidance and support
in project execution.
-Act as a technical interface with customers addressing inquiries or
complaints and proposing technical solutions.
-Drive the implementation of best practices and UTAC standards
across engineering activities.
Job Specification
Qualifications:
-Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering with 57 years of
experience.
-Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
-Skills and Competencies:
-Advanced knowledge of die attach flip chip SiP Wire bondandmold
processes materials and equipment.
-Strong leadership analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent customer communication and technical presentation abilities.
