The Senior Associate / Manager CEO Office supports the Chief of Staff in driving the firms strategic priorities executive governance business performance management and enterprise-wide initiatives.This role provides analytical governance and programme management support to the CEO Office working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the firm to coordinate strategic initiatives monitor progress and support the effective execution of key priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Performance Management
- Support the development monitoring and execution of the firms strategic priorities.
- Maintain leadership dashboards performance scorecards and management reporting.
- Track progress against strategic objectives key initiatives and related risks.
- Provide insights and analysis to support informed decision-making.
Executive Governance
- Coordinate CEO Firmwide Leadership Team (FLT) Board and other executive leadership meetings.
- Prepare executive-level presentations briefing materials and discussion papers.
- Track decisions actions and follow-up items to ensure timely execution.
- Support governance processes and strengthen leadership effectiveness.
Transformation & Programme Management
- Support CEO-sponsored strategic transformation and business improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate programme governance project milestones reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor progress identify risks and support benefits realisation activities.
- Foster collaboration across teams to drive successful outcomes.
Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
- Draft executive communications leadership updates presentations and key messages.
- Support partner meetings leadership forums and firm-wide engagement activities.
- Build effective relationships across the organisation and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders.
- Help ensure consistent communication of strategic priorities.
Strategic Projects
- Lead or support ad hoc strategic projects research initiatives and business analyses.
- Conduct market industry and organisational research to support leadership discussions.
- Develop recommendations and practical solutions to support business objectives.

Preferred Experience & Skills
- Experience in strategy management consulting project management transformation corporate planning business operations or a related field.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams on complex initiatives.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with the ability to synthesise information and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including executive presentation development storytelling and business writing.
- Effective project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive alignment across teams.
- Sound judgement and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong organisational skills attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in dynamic and evolving environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Excel and other business productivity tools.
