Senior Accounting & Finance (CPD)

Responsibilities

Accounting

• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities ensuring accuracy completeness and integrity of financial records.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL) functions to support efficient cash flow and working capital management.
• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure audit readiness by maintaining accurate and well-supported financial documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of all statutory tax filings including VAT Corporate Income Tax (CIT) and Withholding Tax (WHT).
• Maintain compliance with internal controls accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

Finance

• Analyze monthly financial performance against budget forecast and prior periods identifying key variances and business drivers.
• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes by incorporating operational inputs and financial assumptions.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations that support decision-making.
• Prepare management reports financial dashboards and presentations for local regional and global stakeholders.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend improvement initiatives to enhance business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting financial reporting and financial analysis preferably within a multinational or logistics environment.
• Active CPD License is required.
• Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards taxation and statutory compliance.
• Experience with Oracle ERP systems is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with outsourced or shared service teams is an advantage.
• Fluent in both Thai and English written and spoken.
