Sales Manager MICE Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort

• Develops and executes sales strategies and action plans to achieve individual and team revenue targets within assigned market segments.
• Identifies new business opportunities develops client relationships and maintains existing accounts to maximize revenue and market share.
• Conducts sales calls client meetings site inspections and business development activities to generate new business.
• Understands client needs and recommends suitable packages programs and solutions to maximize conversion and guest satisfaction.
• Prepares proposals quotations and contracts in coordination with the Director of Sales ensuring competitive offers while maximizing revenue and profitability.
• Monitors market trends competitor activities and account performance and provides regular updates to the Director of Sales.
• Maintains accurate client records sales activities and follow-up to ensure business opportunities are effectively converted.
• Works closely with Revenue Reservations Front Office and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of confirmed business.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration Hospitality Sales & Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 23 years of experience in hotel Sales & Marketing preferably in a Sales Executive or Sales Manager role.
• Experience in Corporate and Government accounts will be an advantage.
• Good command of English and Thai both written and spoken.
• Good understanding of hotel sales account management market segmentation and business development.
• Knowledge of hotel systems Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tools is preferred.
