Customer Experience includes roles that provide services to customers once they are onboarded in the Maersk environment. Activities may include the following (but are not limited to):

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce HSSE policies procedures and regulatory requirements across all operational areas including yard CFS workshop and gate.
Conduct routine safety inspections and audits to identify hazards unsafe conditions and non-compliance ensuring timely corrective actions.
Perform risk assessments for operational activities and ensure appropriate control measures are implemented prior to execution.
Investigate incidents accidents and near-misses identify root causes and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor and enforce proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by employees contractors and visitors.
Deliver safety induction programs training sessions and awareness campaigns to promote safe working practices.
Provide technical safety guidance on lifting operations equipment handling confined space and other high-risk activities.
Ensure safe operation of container handling equipment such as reach stackers forklifts and prime movers in accordance with safety standards.
Control and monitor contractor activities ensuring compliance with permit-to-work systems and HSSE requirements.
Maintain accurate HSSE documentation including incident reports audit findings inspection records and compliance logs.
Prepare and submit HSSE performance reports including KPI tracking such as incident rates audit results and compliance levels.
Ensure emergency preparedness by coordinating drills verifying availability of emergency equipment and supporting response planning.
Promote a strong safety culture through continuous communication behavioral safety initiatives and leadership engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders including authorities on all HSSE-related matters.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety performance and reduce operational risks.
Position Specifications
Bachelors degree in Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Engineering Industrial Engineering or related field.
25 years of experience in HSSE within logistics container yard terminal or heavy industrial operations.
Strong knowledge of HSSE regulations risk management practices and safety compliance standards.
Hands-on experience in incident investigation safety audits and risk assessment methodologies.
Familiarity with safety requirements for heavy equipment operations and industrial environments.
Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good communication and training delivery capabilities.
Ability to enforce safety compliance and influence behavior across all organizational levels.
Proficient in MS Office and safety reporting systems.
Good command of English for reporting and coordination.
Willingness to perform field-based work in a dynamic operational environment.
