Regional Operations Associate
Job Summary
We are looking for a Regional Operations Associate to act as our on-the-ground representative at an assigned remote base. This individual will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with local stakeholders and partners ensuring smooth coordination of meetings and supporting essential operational and commercial processes paperwork and logistics at the base.
Serve as the representative for stakeholders and partners in the assigned area including but not limited to: Local Marine local authorities Local National Parks Travel agents Hotels and partners.
Coordinate and prepare for meetings and visits involving local stakeholders.
Maintain regular communication and follow-ups to support long-term relationship building.
Assist with local paperwork and administrative tasks including any required documentation permits or reports relevant to the base operations.
Contribute to other areas of the business where your skills and experience are relevant (e.g. events marketing support customer service) and the company has demand.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality aviation business development or sales is a plus.
Friendly approachable and enjoys working with people and building networks.
Comfortable engaging in professional discussions with senior stakeholders.
Strong communication and coordination skills in both Thai and English with agility and pro activeness; additional languages are an advantage.
Self-motivated and proactive with a get-things-done mindset.
Should be a local resident
Having a personal vehicle will be a plus
Has existing connections or the ability to build connections with people in the aviation space easily operators hotels and tourist attractions
