Job Summary
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 IATF 16949 customer and internal requirements.
- Maintain improve and audit Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure that the process and product are comply with Continental Tires and customer requirements.
- Drive process and product continuous improvement with production teams.
- Organize audits manage corrective actions and report quality performance.
- Supervise calibration/verification of measuring systems and manage quality tools.
- Provide training on quality topics problem-solving methods and develop subordinates.
- Manage the internal quality assurance and control system.
- Promoting and implement using systematic problem solving methods (PDCA and internal quality problem analysis tools)
Qualifications :
- Masters degree or Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in Automotive Manufacturing.
- Experience in Quality Management System and Quality audit.
- Has knowledge of Data analysis.
- Has knowledge of Quality management tools (SPC FMEA 8D PPAP MSA etc.) related to International standard Six Sigma qualification.
- Project management knowledge.
- Good in spoken and written English.
- Working in international environment.
