Ensure all sites comply with global product quality standards.
Ensure product quality performance scores are accurate and reported in a timely manner.
Lead consumer complaint investigations related to product quality issues.
Lead the product hold and release process and manage CAPA related to product quality issues.
Lead the Product Evaluation System (PES) and ensure full compliance with applicable standards.
Control and monitor in-process QA activities to ensure compliance with established standards.
Provide quality and food safety training and guidance to all staff.
Ensure all QA documentation including procedures and standards is updated properly maintained and filed in a timely manner.
Support GFSI and global audits related to product quality programs.
Were Looking for Someone With
Bachelors degree in food science Food Technology Microbiology Biotechnology or related.
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Product Quality Quality Systems or Quality Assurance within the food industry.
Strong knowledge and practical experience in Quality Food Safety GMP HACCP and GFSI standards.
Ability to conduct Hygiene GMP HACCP and GFSI audits.
Effective communication skills with a strong team-oriented mindset.
