Role Summary

We are looking for a QA Automation Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our mobile banking solutions. You will focus on mobile and API automation covering both functional and non-functional testing while working closely with cross-functional teams.

What Youll Do

• Design develop and maintain automated tests for mobile API and web applications
• Perform functional regression integration end-to-end and non-functional testing
• Build and enhance automation frameworks using Robot Framework Selenium Appium Playwright Cypress or similar
• Test mobile applications across iOS and Android
• Perform API testing and automation
• Provide guidance on test planning automation and execution strategies
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery
• Identify investigate and track defects through to resolution
• Collaborate with developers BAs and product teams in an Agile environment
• Support performance and other non-functional testing where required

What Were Looking For

• Minimum of 3 of experience in QA automation (intermediate to senior levels)
• Native Thai Speaker with conversational English
• University degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• Banking or Financial Services experience is required
• Proven experience in test automation framework development using tools such as Selenium Appium Playwright or similar
• Strong experience implementing automated testing within CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with UI/API test automation and mobile automation
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience designing and implementing scalable automated testing solutions

• Experience with JMeter/performance testing Espresso XCUITest JSON/XML mock services or databases is a plus.
