Production Team Leader (MFW3.1)

• Follow daily weekly monthly objectives and communicate them to direct employees.
• Manage and Control of daily production based on the defined targets (OEE Productivity IDC Delivery and OT).
• Co-operate with cross-functional team to full-fill the production volume and achieve SQCD target.
• Support troubleshooting analyzing root causes of failures and solving them if necessary suggestion of improvements.
• Review and Proof Production data record (M/C check sheet 5S Tool life 4M Parameter and so on).
• Lead people to follow the standards to fulfill BPS requirement on the shop floor (Point CIP SMC LPC 14Q Basics 4M QAM FMEA-Linewalk).
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance and calibrations.
• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures/ Maintain skill matrix and coordinate proper trainings.
• Lead of shopfloor production meeting (Component area Main assembly Final assembly and Audit room).
• Keep and maintain the plant standards in shopfloor (Safety 5s BPS Pull principle ISO14001 IATF16949).
• Manage and support HR function (Vacations leaves absenteeism).
• Advise and motivate direct associate for small improvement activity.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in any related field.
• Have 3-5 years of work experience as a Leader position in automation field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams for quality improvement and complaint management.
• Have leadership quality mindset entrepreneurial mindset and problem solving skills.
• Have knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO14001 requirements and Core Tools (Point CIP SMC LPC 14Q Basics 4M QAM and FMEA).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel PowerPoint Word).
• Good communication skills in English.
