Production Supervisor (Saraburi Plant)

1.ตดตอประสานงานกบ ผจดการแผนกผลต / ผจดการโรงงาน เกยวกบการวางแผนการผลตในแตละวน(Liaise with the Production Manager / Plant Manager with regard to the production planning for each production department.)

2. ตดตอประสานงานกบ หวหนากลมงานผลต / หวหนางานผลต เพอใหแนใจวา ผลผลตเปนไปตามความตองการ (Liaise with Group Leader / Production Foreman of each department to ensure that the production requirements set in the production plan are achieved.)

3. รายงาน เหตการณ ทเกดขน หรอปญหาทอาจจะสงผลกระทบกบคณภาพสนคา ผลผลต ใหผจดการแผนก / ผจดการโรงงาน ทราบ รวมทงการแกไขสถานการณใหเหมาะสม (Inform the Production Manager / Plant Manager of  any  deviation  from  the  planned production or any  problem which  will  affect  product  quality  or  productivity. Act accordingly to resolve any problems that may arise.)

4.ตรวจสอบวตถดบและบรรจภณฑ ทงหมดทมอย ใหแนใจวาเพยงพอตอการผลต  (To check all in-coming raw materials and  packaging  materials  to ensure that they conform with Sika(Thailand) requirements and report     any deviation to the Production Manager / Plant Manager.)

5.รเรมแนวความคดในทางปฏบตทสามารถทำเพอปรบปรงประสทธภาพ และผลผลตในการทำงาน (Discuss and recommend practical ideas which can be made to improve efficiency and productivity generally.)

6.ตรวจสอบใหแนใจวา มการปฏบตตามระบบ ISO 9001 ISO 14001 และ OHSA 18001 (Action follow as ISO9001 ISO14001 ISO45001 and ISO50001 including the rules of company.)

7.ตรวจสอบเพอใหแนใจวาอปกรณทใชในการผลตทงหมด มสภาพพรอมใชงานไดเปนอยางด (Make sure that all production equipment and associated machinery is kept in good working order.)

8.ตรวจสอบใหแนใจวาพนกงานทกคนไดรบการฝกอบรม อยางเพยงพอ หรอใหแนใจวา เหมาะสม รวมทง การปฏบตตามขนตอนการผลตอยางถกตอง (Make sure that all employees receive adequate training or make sure they are appropriate including Compliance with the production process correctly)

9.กระตนและ ดแลในพนกงานปฏบตตามกฎ และนโยบาย ขอบงคบดานความปลอดภย  (Motivate and enforce safety rules and regulations in compliance with established policies and standards.)

10.ปฏบตหนาทอนๆ ทไดรบมอบหมายจากผจดการแผนก / ผจดการโรงงาน(Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager / Plant Manager)

Qualifications :

Education
อนปรญญา หรอ ปรญญาตร (High Vocational or Bachelor Degree )
                              
Experience 
มประสบการณทเกยวของในสวนงานผลต อยางนอย 5 ป หรอมากวา 8 ป กรณไมไดจบปรญญาตร (Experience for production 5 Years or 5 years if not Bachelor Degree)
