Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in compliance with GMP requirements.
- Develop maintain and control Batch Records (BR) for all production activities in accordance with GMP and FDA standards.
- Coordinate qualification and validation activities with QA/QC teams and external contractors.
- Create update and train employees on production documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support and participate in self-inspections and continuous compliance programs.
- Monitor production KPIs productivity efficiency quality and cost performance.
- Drive cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
- Manage technology transfer and product transfer projects between HQ and local manufacturing sites.
- Support departmental and organizational objectives as assigned by the Director.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy.
- More than 10 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
- At least 5 years of people management experience.
- Strong knowledge of:
- GMP
- Quality Systems
- Safety Management
- 5S Methodology
- FDA compliance requirements
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
