Procurement Excellence Specialist Manager

Our client is looking for a Procurement Excellence Specialist / Manager to strengthen procurement performance through better data processes KPIs governance and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for a procurement professional who enjoys working with data performance analysis reporting process improvement and cross-functional stakeholders.

The successful candidate will help transform procurement data into clear insights and actionable recommendations that support management decision-making cost efficiency supplier performance and procurement effectiveness.

Procurement Data & KPI Management

• Consolidate and analyze procurement data from multiple sources.
• Develop maintain and monitor procurement KPIs and performance reports.
• Analyze spend supplier performance savings procurement activities and operational efficiency.
• Prepare clear dashboards reports and presentations for management.
• Translate procurement data into actionable insights and improvement opportunities.

Process Improvement & Procurement Excellence

• Review and improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and reduce cycle times.
• Support continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation digitalization and improved procurement workflows.
• Support the implementation and adoption of procurement systems and tools.

Governance & Risk

• Support compliance with procurement policies procedures and internal controls.
• Assist with procurement risk management and supplier continuity initiatives.
• Support audit readiness and ethical procurement practices.

Cost & Supplier Performance

• Support strategic sourcing supplier analysis negotiation and cost-saving initiatives.
• Analyze opportunities for cost reduction and value creation.
• Support Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis and supplier performance management.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Finance Operations Supply Chain and other business functions.
• Present procurement performance and insights to management.
• Support change management and adoption of improved procurement practices.

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Procurement Logistics Business Finance Engineering Economics or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in procurement procurement excellence category management strategic sourcing procurement analytics or a related function.
• Strong experience in data consolidation KPI reporting and procurement performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other reporting/dashboard tools is highly desirable.
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems such as SAP SAP Ariba or Coupa is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear management-ready reports and presentations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on structured and continuous-improvement mindset.
• Good command of English.
