Plant HR Manager
Job Summary
Our client is an established global manufacturer with a robust production base in Rayong. Due to continuous business expansion they are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the comprehensive plant-wide human resources function. As the HR Manager you will lead the development and enforcement of compliant HR frameworks in strict alignment with Thai labor laws. You will oversee end-to-end plant operations champions positive employee relations and leverage data-driven HR insights to partner with and support regional management decisions.
- HR Framework Implementation: Develop and implement HR management frameworks aligned with Thai labor regulations and business needs. Formulate and enforce policies covering recruitment training compensation performance and employee relations.
- Talent Acquisition: Devise recruitment strategies for factory roles including production technical and administrative positions. Expand local recruitment channels to ensure timely staffing.
- Employee Lifecycle Administration: Administer onboarding probation tracking internal transfers and offboarding. Proactively resolve grievances to foster sound industrial relations.
- Compensation and Benefits: Align with group standards while benchmarking local market rates. Optimize factory remuneration schemes including social contributions and incentives.
- Training and Development: Implement training programs covering production skills workplace safety and operational productivity enhancement.
- Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Monitor updates to Thai labor laws to ensure full legal compliance and risk mitigation for the factory.
- HR Reporting and Analytics: Compile periodic metrics regarding workforce structure turnover and recruitment. Deliver data insights to support leadership decisions.
- Language Proficiencies: Professional fluency in both Chinese and Thai to facilitate daily communication document drafting and formal reporting with the local team and Global Headquarters.
- Regulatory and Cultural Expertise: Deep understanding of Thai workplace practices local cultural nuances and industrial relations.
- Education Background: Bachelors degree or above; majors in Human Resource Management Business Administration Labor Law or related fields preferred.
- Professional Experience: 5 years of progressive HR experience including a minimum of 3 years in an HR management role within a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.
- Core Competencies: Strong expertise in Thai labor laws exceptional cross-cultural coordination and crisis management skills; proficient in MS Office.
