Role Title: Plant Head

Location: Ayutthaya Thailand

Experience : 15 - 18 Years

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end plant operations including production maintenance utilities and logistics. Optimize production processes to improve yield energy efficiency and cost control.

• Lead audits by customers regulatory authorities and certification bodies.

• Ensure strict compliance with Thai industrial safety environmental and labour regulations.

• He will be responsible for general administration of -ordination and liaising between plant and Corporate Office.

• Lead mentor and develop plant staff including production maintenance and QA teams.

Must Have:

• At least 10 plus years in a manufacturing Plant based out of Thailand in a similar role. An overall experience of 15-18 years in the relevant field will be preferable.

• B.E./ B. Tech - Chemical from metal extraction or chemical process industry background.

• Proficient in English & Thai.

• Knowledge and experience of handling Thai industrial safety norms environmental policies and labor regulations are some must-haves.
