Operations Planning and Controlling (OSAT) - Staff / Senior Specialist

What You Will Do
- Own operations planning and controlling for OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) activities ensuring demand capacity and output stay aligned
- Drive production planning capacity analysis and loading plans in coordination with manufacturing supply chain and subcontractor partners
- Monitor and control operational KPIs analyze deviations and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams
- Prepare management reports forecasts and business cases to support decision-making at site and headquarters level
- Support cost controlling budgeting and efficiency initiatives across operations
- Act as a key interface between local operations and global planning functions
What You Bring
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Engineering Supply Chain Business or a related field
- Experience in operations planning production control capacity planning or controlling ideally in semiconductor electronics or OSAT environments
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data KPIs and planning systems (SAP and advanced Excel a strong plus)
- Good communication skills in English and the ability to work with international stakeholders
- A proactive structured mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
