Operations Planning and Controlling (OSAT) - Staff / Senior Specialist

What You Will Do
Own operations planning and controlling for OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) activities ensuring demand capacity and output stay aligned
Drive production planning capacity analysis and loading plans in coordination with manufacturing supply chain and subcontractor partners
Monitor and control operational KPIs analyze deviations and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams
Prepare management reports forecasts and business cases to support decision-making at site and headquarters level
Support cost controlling budgeting and efficiency initiatives across operations
Act as a key interface between local operations and global planning functions
What You Bring
Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Engineering Supply Chain Business or a related field
Experience in operations planning production control capacity planning or controlling ideally in semiconductor electronics or OSAT environments
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data KPIs and planning systems (SAP and advanced Excel a strong plus)
Good communication skills in English and the ability to work with international stakeholders
A proactive structured mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
