An exciting opportunity for an experienced transportation and logistics leader to join a well-established organization with a large-scale nationwide distribution network. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced operations enjoys leading large teams and has strong expertise in fleet management transport optimization and operational excellence.

• Lead and oversee nationwide transportation operations across 10 locations supporting warehouses factories and sales distribution networks throughout Thailand
• Manage both owned fleets and subcontracted transportation partners to ensure operational efficiency service quality safety and compliance
• Drive resource planning and delivery execution to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time
• Take full ownership of transportation budgets cost optimization and P&L performance
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and logistics partners to achieve service excellence and cost efficiency
• Establish and monitor transportation KPIs to proactively identify risks service gaps and operational improvement opportunities
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives process optimization and transportation network enhancement projects
• Ensure compliance with transportation laws safety standards and operational procedures
• Promote a strong safety culture through coaching training and operational discipline across internal teams and 3PL partners
• Analyze operational issues root causes shortages and process failures to implement sustainable corrective actions
• Inspire and lead large transportation teams with a strong focus on accountability engagement and operational excellence

• Proven experience in transportation logistics or supply chain operations management within a large-scale organization
• Strong experience managing nationwide fleet operations and subcontractor networks
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing multi-site operations and large operational teams
• Strong commercial mindset with P&L management experience
• Excellent problem-solving stakeholder management and decision-making skills
• Experience driving operational excellence KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of transportation compliance safety standards and logistics regulations in Thailand
• Ability to work in a dynamic fast-moving environment with strong leadership presence
