POSITION SUMMARY

Ensure for proper and smooth running of General Cashier function along managing payroll of the hotel with due procedures in accordance with the company policy.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Maintain a strict of confidentially of all associate payroll records. Underno circumstances is this information to be communicated to anyone without the approval of Director of Finance / Asst. Director of Finance.
  2. To prepare monthly wage adjustment Tip Service charge calculation and share with DOF for approval before processing it in the payroll.
  3. Verify that the Department Head properly authorizes overtime.
  4. Responsible for processing monthly yearly income tax calculation for associates.
  5. Ensures all associates/managers monthly payroll reports are correct and assists department heads in resolving any discrepancies.
  6. Co-ordinate with HR in overall processing of payroll till completion with accurate working.
  7. Prepare and send data to the bank for payroll transfer.
  8. Process payroll tax report and share with Asst. Director of Finance.
  9. Process social security report and follow the requisite procedure as per the law of the country
  10. Maintain all payroll records in accordance with Thai law.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
