Job Description

Job Summary**

Responsible for providing expert advice and support to customers seeking mortgage solutions ensuring a smooth and efficient application process from inquiry to disbursement.

Job Responsibilities**

* Proactively identify and cultivate new mortgage lending opportunities through various channels.
* Conduct thorough financial needs assessments for prospective borrowers to recommend suitable mortgage products.
* Guide customers through the entire mortgage application process including documentation eligibility criteria and loan terms.
* Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. Credit Legal) to ensure timely and accurate loan processing.
* Stay abreast of market trends regulatory changes and UOBs mortgage product offerings.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers providing ongoing support and addressing inquiries effectively.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets for mortgage products.
* Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
* Adhere to all internal policies procedures and external regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or a related field.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mortgage sales banking or financial services.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
* In-depth knowledge of mortgage products lending policies and relevant regulations.
* Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Fluency in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
