Mechanical Engineer (New Plant)

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join a new manufacturing plant project in Rayong. This role is responsible for supporting mechanical engineering construction equipment installation maintenance planning and project execution while ensuring compliance with quality safety and engineering standards.

• Supervise structural equipment and piping installation activities in accordance with engineering specifications and industry standards.

• Review technical drawings specifications data sheets and engineering documents to ensure accurate project execution.

• Coordinate with contractors and monitor construction progress to ensure work is completed safely on schedule and to the required quality standards.

• Support preventive and predictive maintenance planning to maximize equipment reliability and plant performance.

• Analyze equipment issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Prepare and review Method Statements (MS) and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) for construction and erection activities.

• Coordinate manpower materials and equipment to support efficient project execution.

• Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with EHS requirements conducting safety briefings and encouraging proactive hazard reporting.

• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation progress reports quality records safety reports and as-built documentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful construction commissioning and start-up of the new manufacturing plant.

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• 812 years of experience in construction management within manufacturing or industrial plants.

• Experience in new plant projects or large-scale industrial projects is highly preferred.

• Experience with SAP is an advantage.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Excel.

• Good knowledge of ASME ASTM API IBR IS and other relevant engineering standards.

• Familiar with quality standards and NDT documentation.

• Experience in Carbon Black Petrochemical Chemical Refinery or other process industries is preferred.

• Willing to work inRayong MondaySaturday.
