Marketing Executive

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a financial/FX company led by a management team with over 20 years of experience who is looking to hire Marketing Officer to join their team in Bangkok.


Position: Marketing Executive

Location: Bangkok

Work model: hybrid (4 days office 1 day Work-From-Home)

Employment type: contract

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan execute and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns

• Coordinate promotional activities and ensure timely campaign delivery

• Support the development of marketing strategies focused on brand awareness lead generation and customer retention

• Track campaign performance and recommend optimisation initiatives

• Create marketing content for social media websites email campaigns and promotional materials

• Coordinate with designers and external vendors to develop marketing assets

• Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and business objectivesConduct competitor analysis and industry research

• Monitor market trends and identify business growth opportunities

• Analyse customer behaviour campaign performance and marketing data

• Prepare reports and actionable insights for management

• Collaborate with Sales Product Customer Support and Operations teams

• Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule

• Support events webinars partnerships and promotional initiatives

• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports

• Monitor KPIs and campaign effectiveness

• Present findings insights and recommendations to management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or related field

• 13 years of experience in Marketing Digital Marketing Content Marketing or similar role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Google Workspace and presentation tools

• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media management

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Experience within Financial Services FinTech Trading Forex CFD or Crypto industries

• Experience with Meta Ads Google Ads SEO or Affiliate Marketing

• Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms

• Experience using Canva Figma Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools

• Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies
