Manager, Financial and Business Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data to assess company performance identify trends and support decision-making.
• Develop maintain and improve financial models forecasts and reports.
• Collect clean and interpret large datasets from financial systems and other business sources.
• Prepare dashboards and visualizations to communicate financial and operational insights to stakeholders.
• Support budgeting forecasting and variance analysis processes.
• Conduct ad hoc financial and data analysis to answer business questions and support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with business units and IT teams to ensure data integrity and process improvements.
• Automate data extraction and reporting processes using analytical tools and programming languages.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls policies and regulatory requirements.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in financial analysis and data analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with data analysis tools and languages (e.g. SQL Python R).
• Familiarity with data visualization software (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Data Science Economics or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CFA CPA data analytics certifications) are a plus.
