Hands-on leader responsible for daily execution and team performance
ผนำหนางานทเนนการ ควบคมงานประจำวนและผลลพธของทม
- Lead daily logistics operations (inbound warehouse outbound)
- ควบคมงานโลจสตกสประจำวน (รบเขา จดเกบ จดสง)
- Supervise coach and support frontline team
- ดแล ใหคำแนะนำ และพฒนาทมหนางาน
- Ensure accuracy efficiency and compliance
- ควบคมความถกตองและประสทธภาพของงาน
- Solve operational issues in real time
- แกไขปญหาหนางานแบบทนท
- Support continuous improvement (CI / Lean)
- สนบสนนการปรบปรงงานอยางตอเนอง
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
- ประสานงานกบฝายทเกยวของ
- Use SAP (WM/MM) for daily operations
- ใชงาน SAP ในการทำงานประจำวน
Diploma (Vocational) / Higher Vocational Certificate (ปวส.) or higher วฒการศกษา ปวส. ขนไป
ประสบการณ 3 ป ดาน logistics / warehouse / supply chain
Strong knowledge of end-to-end logistics processes มความรดานโลจสตกสแบบครบวงจร
Leadership and team management skills มทกษะความเปนผนำและการบรหารทม มประสบการณดแลทม (ประมาณ 515 คน)
มทกษะการแกไขปญหาเชงปฏบต (Hands-on problem solving) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills มทกษะการวเคราะหและแกไขปญหา
มความรดานระบบ SAP (WM/MM จะพจารณาเปนพเศษ)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines สามารถทำงานภายใตแรงกดดนไดด
Ability to initiate and drive improvement projects สามารถเรมตนและดำเนนโครงการปรบปรงงานได
Proactive mindset with strong interpersonal skills มความกระตอรอรน และทกษะในการประสานงานทด
Ability to identify issues early and prevent escalation สามารถตรวจจบปญหาเชงรกกอนเกดผลกระทบ
Good command of English (preferred) สามารถใชภาษาองกฤษได (จะพจารณาเปนพเศษ)
