Job Summary

About the role

The L&D Executive is responsible for supporting the planning coordination delivery and evaluation of learning and development initiatives across the hospitality operation. The role will work closely with department heads and HR teams to identify training needs and deliver practical programs that improve service standards operational skills guest experience employee performance and career development.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver training programs for hotel and hospitality employees
  • Support the annual Learning & Development calendar
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis with department heads
  • Develop training materials presentations activities and assessments
  • Coordinate orientation and onboarding programs for new employees
  • Ensure mandatory and operational training is completed on schedule
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation
  • Deliver practical training focused on guest service service excellence communication hospitality standards leadership food & beverage front office housekeeping health & safety and brand standards
  • Support career development and internal mobility programs
  • Coordinate training schedules venues trainers and participants

About you

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Hospitality Management Education Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 23 years of L&D Training or HR experience
  • Hospitality experience is required or strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in hotels resorts hostels restaurants or hospitality groups is an advantage
  • Experience delivering classroom and practical training
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Good understanding of hospitality service standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
