What Youll Do:

The Band 2 Desktop Technician will provide day-to-day local and remote desktop support troubleshooting hardware and software issues and documenting resolutions in a ticketing system.
Customer Interaction: The technician will facilitate customer resolutions and engage with supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency across all shifts within the IT Support Center.
Technical Responsibilities: Responsibilities include installing upgrading and troubleshooting various operating systems (Windows and MAC) and applications as well as providing support for printers and other hardware.
Preventative Maintenance: The role involves performing general preventative maintenance tasks on computers laptops and printers along with remedial repairs on authorized peripheral equipment.

Requirements

What you need:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
CompTIA A Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or better.
Minimum of 18 months years of IT experience.
Mobile device management including IOS and Android devices Enterprise encryption solutions Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory.
Proven ability to multi-task effectively determine priorities and meet SLAs.
Adaptable and flexible in a fast-changing industry and work environment.
Willing to work off-hours and weekends when required for projects or emergency support.
Language & Communication: Fluent in both spoken and written Thai and English.
