HR Internship Student

• Support employee relations (ER) activities including assisting with workplace investigations and fact-finding processes.
• Attend investigation meetings document discussion notes and prepare investigation summaries under the guidance of the ER team.
• Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company requirements.
• Conduct research on labor law regulations and employment-related topics as assigned.
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities events and labor-related initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information follow up on action items and support HR projects.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Law Human Resource Management Political Science Industrial Relations or a related field.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Thai labor law is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• Able to work independently manage confidential information and perform well under pressure.
• Proactive hands-on and willing to support event preparation and operational activities.
• Experience in organizing university activities events or student projects is an advantage.
• Ability to read and understand English documents; written English proficiency is a plus.
• Interest in Employee Relations Labor Relations and HR compliance is preferred.

• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and emotional maturity.
• Presentation facilitation or MC experience is a plus.
